1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Runaway-panda ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
Runaway-panda provides AI-powered video generation tools detailed on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. We reserve the right to ban users who violate this policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Runaway-panda and its licensors. Content generated by you using the Service is owned by you, subject to the license granted to us to host and display it.
6. Data Retention and Storage
Active Subscriptions: We will store and maintain your generated videos and uploaded assets as long as your subscription is active. Expired Accounts: Upon expiration of a paid subscription, your account will be downgraded to a "Free" or "Inactive" status. We will retain your data for a grace period of thirty (30) days. Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day grace period, we reserve the right to permanently delete your generated videos and assets to optimize storage costs. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from such deletions. User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to download or backup your content before your subscription expires or during the grace period.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Runaway-panda, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
